Access

⚫️ By using the "Lupuru Sendai" Sendai City Sightseeing Bus
Take the Kanko City Loop Bus "Loople Sendai" from the JR Sendai Station West Exit Bus Pool, Bus Stop No. 16. Get off at the temporary stop "Sendai Castle Ruins" (in the parking lot of Aoba Castle Honmaru Kaikan).

 

⚫️ By city subway or city bus
Take the Tozai Subway Line and get off at Kokusai Center Station. It is about a 20-minute walk to the castle.
Take the Tozai Line to Yagiyama Dobutsu Koen Station and get off at bus stop No. 3 (municipal bus bound for Aobadai). Get off at the bus stop "Sendai Castle Ruins Minami" (only one bus stop per hour).　
From the Aobayama Station bus stop (municipal bus bound for Yagiyama Dobutsu Koen Station) on the Subway Tozai Line, approx. 6 min. Get off at the bus stop "Sendai Castle Ruins Minami" (only one bus stop per hour).

Approximately 20 minutes from the Miyagi IC of Tohoku Expressway.　
Approximately 20 minutes from Sendai Station.
*Traffic will not be able to pass through the affected area, so you will need to make a detour.
